1. Acceptance of Terms

By hiring Vedran Obradović & Vizura Studio® through the official Upwork™ platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as Upwork’s own Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all clients and collaborations handled exclusively on Upwork™.

2. Use of Services

All projects are initiated, managed, and delivered through Upwork™. We do not accept work outside the platform. This ensures full transparency, security, and compliance for both clients and Vizura Studio®.

• Official Partnerships: Vizura Studio® operates as an official Upwork™ talent partner and a certified Framer Website Design Specialist.

  Prohibited Activities:

  • Requesting work outside the Upwork™ platform.

  • Misuse of project deliverables in ways that breach copyright or licensing.

  • Any form of harassment, abuse, or violation of Upwork’s Terms of Service.

3. Deliverables & Ownership

Upon full payment through Upwork™, you receive the agreed final deliverables in all relevant formats. Vizura Studio® retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios and case studies, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

All original designs, strategies, and files created by Vizura Studio® remain the property of the client once the project is marked complete and payment is released via Upwork™. Unused concepts and explorations remain the intellectual property of Vizura Studio®.

5. Revisions & Collaboration

Revisions are limited to the rounds specified in your Upwork™ contract. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may require a new milestone or contract extension.

6. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed through Upwork’s secure system. Refunds, if applicable, follow Upwork’s official dispute and refund policies. Vizura Studio® does not handle payments outside of Upwork™ under any circumstance.

7. Termination

Vizura Studio® reserves the right to pause or terminate a project if Terms are violated (e.g., request for off-platform work). In such cases, work completed up to that point remains billable through Upwork™.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vizura Studio® provides services “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, only high-quality deliverables within the scope agreed. Liability is limited to the amount paid through Upwork™.

9. Governing Law

All projects are governed by Upwork’s legal framework and dispute resolution system.
